The nurse was a bit dismissive in the sense I felt rushed, didn’t ask if I wanted to be laid down or sat up which is a massive thing as I am prone to dizziness/fainting during bloods

Just be a bit more polite and welcoming, receptionists were having a chat about their personal lives for a while whilst I stood at the desk, another one helped book me in but then said my appointment was at an earlier time even though I had a text confirming the time, I just ignored that, but the reception could have something for kids to do whilst waiting just as I’ve noticed lots of parents struggling to help their children stay occupied, definitely need to offer more appointments cause it’s ridiculous trying to get seen
